Rainbow Trout In Springtime

Ahhhhh....springtime at Black Pond Farm. There's 55 fluffy,fuzzy chicks in the brooder, the sun has returned in the form of "sun breaks" and I heard the first love-sick frog croakin' out an invite to anyone that was willing to listen.
My thoughts have turned to wondering when the hummingbirds will return and if I should weed the flowerbeds... or let the chickens scratch away the weeds.
The
daffodils are smiling the wild ducks are hanging out in the lower pond...
Tim has the rainbow trout in the lower pond coming up to feed on -- get this --dog food! No really, dog food...it's true!
Tim throws a hand full out to float in the middle and they go crazy!
Come visit soon, you won't believe it unless you do.
Bring yer' fishin' pole!
