Malty thinks she's a lap dog

So, in continuation of our ongoing "Adventures With Highland Cattle":

As you recall, Malty is our female yearling who thinks she's a dog.
When not in the pasture, she chases our cats and follows us around the property.
Keep in mind that this "lap dog" is a good 3 to 400 pounds and growing!

Today we watched her as she STTTttretched outside the new electric fence for the green grass just out of reach.  (The grass is always greener and all
that).

I flinched thinking that she was going to get

*ZAPPED*

at any given moment!
To my amazement, she managed to avoid the wire by pulling some funky-cow-yoga-position.  She kneels down -- butt in the air -- and chest flat to the ground, then eases outside the fence line!

She then BACKS UP (while still in this position) and

 *PRESTO*

she's back
inside!

It's the most bazaar thing to watch an animal of that size pull it off...

Very entertaining cow -- the others are hanging out in the shade.
