Secluded and quiet, 8 acres cross-fenced pasture space available within a 20-acre parcel, with room to ride inside and 2/3 of a mile of trails outside the pasture. Beautiful private property you'll want to to visit daily, featuring native gardens and 2 large ponds we've stocked with rainbow trout.

Has some large trees/wooded areas for shelter. Mostly electric fence, with some field fence. Water provided. Grass is getting taller now for summer grazing, but if you require additional type of feeding, you provide.

Cost is $300 for exclusive use (with occasional rotation of cows to clear buttercups), or $75/month per horse.

Winter care possible.

Property is located off Dubuque Rd near Lake Roesiger, 12 miles NE of the town of Snohomish.
